The World Academy of Sport (WAoS) delivers learning programmes for sports and event participants - athletes, managers, administrators, officials and coaches - through a series of tailored educational programmes.
Badminton World Federation (BWF)

A partnership between the Badminton World Federation (BWF) and the World Academy of Sport was established in 2014, to deliver world-class academic programmes that are in touch with industry trends and developments, for administrators and event organisers, building capacity within badminton administration worldwide and thereby helping to grow the sport.
 
The first programme to be delivered was at the 2014 Congress in Delhi where the World Academy of Sport delivered a plenary session on the Athlete Performance Pathway and also ran a one day workshop for the Continental Confederations focusing on the programme pathways that will be offered as a result of the partnership.
 
The Postgraduate Certificate in Sport Management, delivered in partnership with the Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL) is also available for students, professional badminton players and those wishing to gain entry into badminton management.
