The IPC Academy Campus is an unique set of education programmes run throughout each edition of the Paralympic Games. Tailored to the specific requirements of future event organisers, governments and others throughout the Paralympic Movement, the campus aims to enhance and improve the capability and capacity of those involved with the event. The IPC Development Strategy prioritises learning and training opportunities for NPC/NF staff and volunteers in the areas of governance, management, leadership and sport promotion. With resource now available through the Agitos Foundation, the aim is to create such educational opportunities with NPCs through a new Organisational Capacity Programme. Building on the World Academy of Sport’s partnership with the International Rugby Board the IPC Academy developed a competency-based training and assessment workshop for Programme Leads who will deliver such opportunities. The FIBA Academy Manager's Programme has been developed especially for members of the basketball community and those interested in the management of basketball. The programme is structured into a ten module learning framework which takes you through the fundamental principles of running your basketball organisation.
