Training coaches, officials and classifiers to exacting standards
The IPC Academy aims to develop competency-based courses and establish quality-assured training processes for Educators who will conduct these courses through the partnership of the WAoS and World Rugby. This Programme is offered to coaches, classifiers and technical officials to train them to become certified as IPC Academy Educators, to conduct technical courses on behalf of the IPC Sport. Individuals nominated by their home Federation or Continental Federation can apply to join this programme to become a Coach Educator. Go to programme >>>
Individuals nominated by their IF and with appropriate knowledge, skills and experience of delivering courses can apply to become a WAoS Trainer. Trainers develop Coach Educators and Match Official Educators who in turn develop coaches and match officials. Go to programme >>>
Badminton World Federation in partnership with World Academy of Sport, is initiating a series of management, online and technical education programmes. Individuals nominated by their home Federation or BWF can apply to join this programme to become a Programme Lead.
